LFC, having a huge population and various branches of interest and tons of projects, needs a binding force to keep it sane — thus HR! We are far more than the general assemblies. We are the glue that allows members to interact with each other and experience LFC beyond their committees.

Consequently, HR is a strategy-based committee. The definition of our role in LFC is not limited to the projects we have. We aid committees and teams — not to mention LFC as a whole — in the recruitment, retention, involvement and training of members. In a nutshell, HR is built on the principle of people development and community development.
