BlueScreen is Loyola Film Circle’s annual film production exercise and competition held within the organization. By participating in the BlueScreen competition, LFC members will be able to promote camaraderie among participants, hone their filmmaking skills, and develop appreciation for films made by their fellow members. Also, since the event is a competition, LFC members will learn to use film criticism as a tool for improving their own works towards the achievement of artistic excellence. In accomplishing these objectives, the activity fulfills the organization’s mission of developing the competencies of our members in production, appreciation, and criticism.
