Procedure

The job order form is filled up completely and accurately. The project head is asked to confirm.

The LFC production head assigns a member to be in charge of the production. The chosen production core member and the project head can meet in their own discretion.
The assigned production member will then set a deadline for the first draft.
The first draft can be as simple as an idea as long as there is something to show to the project head and the LFC production head so that they can make the necessary suggestions.
If the third draft is reached and the design is still not approved, the LFC production head can reassign the job to someone else.
The video can have as many drafts as possible as long as the final deadline is reached.

FAQ

When should it be submitted?

Photo Slideshow = 1 week before deadline
Video Transfer + Burn = 1 week before deadline
Editing only = 3 weeks before deadline
Video Documentation = 3 weeks before the day of the event
Everything Else = 1 month before deadline (negotiable)

What happens if I submit the job order form late? (rush job)

Sanctions will be given to those who will submit the job order form late. The penalty can be as light as a DVD donation to giving free lunch for the people who made the video, depending on the nature of the project and how late the job order form was submitted. Sanctions will be determined by the LFC production head or in his absence, the production deputy.

Rates:

The LFC Production Core does not charge for service rendered. However, all costs that will be spent for the production of the project must be paid for by the client organization. This includes:

Mini DV = 200 Php
DVD = 20 Php
VCD = 15 Php

Unless otherwise agreed upon, other props and resources should also be taken care of by the client organization.
